Meet The Team

Dr. Spence Jahner DC

Founder and CEO

Dr. Spence Jahner DC is the founder and clinic director of the Joint Repair Clinic of Montana of Montana. He has always been impressed with the innate intelligence of the human body to heal.

For years when Dr. Spence was asked about degeneration at his chiropractic clinic, We Care Chiropractic, he would respond with “we cannot reverse degeneration but we have had success with stopping or slowing it”. That all changed in 2017 when Dr. Spence started studying and understanding allograft injections containing stem cells. More specifically human umbilical cord tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUCT-MSCs).

Now the Joint Repair Clinic of Montana of MT is admiring the regenerative powers of those umbilical cord cells. “Lives are being blessed without harmful drugs and/or surgeries that are removing a patient’s own limbs, how awesome!” Dr. Spence Jahner is a published researcher and his desire to understanding the healing ability to live bodies is the driving force behind his passion and energy. Once you meet him, you will understand he has an abundance of both. He cares!

Dr. Lou Walters ND

Medical Director

Dr. Lou Walters is the medical director of Joint Repair Clinic of Montana of Montana. He is also a licensed naturopathic doctor in the state of Montana. He earned his doctorate degree at the National University of Natural Medicine, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Dr. Walters is certified in homeopathy from the New England School of Homeopathy and Applied Kinesiology from the International College of Applied Kinesiology. He also has additional training in biotherapeutic drainage.

Wendy Donaugh

Medical Director

I was born and raised in Bozeman Montana where I did my undergraduate nursing studies. I spent 15 years practicing as an RN and then went on to pursue my Masters degree as a Nurse Practitioner.

I have done primary care and am currently practicing in a Rheumatology clinic where I have learned a great appreciation for patients with joint pain. My husband and I own a farm and enjoy all that Montana has to offer.

I am excited to provide injection services for Joint Repair Clinic of Montana and am passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life.
